This and That

In "This and That," the challenge was to get fabrics to work together that did not appear to have much in common. The light greenish left piece is from a dreadful muumuu my mother brought home from Hawaii, and the reddish fabric on the right was a gift I would not have chosen. With paint, applique, and stitching I think I got them to be good companions, and I had a lot of fun.
