Hello!

It took me several years to get this piece to a place that I liked. It was always about the little girl laying down and looking into the ice hole and encountering something, but it took me a long time to come up with the right something. She had a seal at first, and then a salmon, but finally these tropical fish seemed to be just right visually, if not geographically. She was on display as part of an invitational show called Funny Bone, at Visions Art Museum in San Diego.
